Key Account Manager
Position Description
Responsibilities:
Develop the business of key account in order to deliver positive sales contribution to L’Oreal as supplier and the key account, and to achieve target sales by establishing and implement sales policy and sales campaign program for several key accounts.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Analyze the business character and customer profile of the key account in order to obtain knowledge about the business strategy, target market and needs of the key accounts.
- Develop suitable sales policy for the key account which covers the right product range, price range, trading term, inventory level, display, visual (merchandising).
- Monitor, analyze, maintain and upgrade company’s product performance in the key accounts.
- Planning, organizing and coordinating sales campaign program (sales incentive program) including the communication media to support the program.
- Coordinating the implementation of marketing program ( listing launching products, sales campaign program).
- Maintain close relationship with the key accounts to ensure that sales policy and sales campaign program run smoothly and acquire strategic information (competitor’s activities, sell-out level).
- Negotiate business development plan with key account representatives in the head office level.
- Propose and manage commercial expense budget.

Junior Market Research Manager
Position Description

• To conduct Marketing research projects, starting from receiving brief from marketing, liaise with agency, monitor and communicate result
• To do market intelligence activity (market, distribution, consumer, brands, media, etc) and competitor analysis
• To handle monthly retail audit data (market share, distribution, media, etc)
• To manage consumer understanding and market exploration activities for the division

Requirement:
- At least bachelor degree, master in business would be preferred

Field Logistic Manager
Position Description
-Align distributor upstream ordering system with ours, including catalog/assortment alignment, schedule and parameters
- Establish distributor total order management for downstream order management system
- Track and improve distributor logistics KPI: service level, daily availability and stocks
- Ensure distributor logistics business process in place to support commercial and logistics KPI
- Build and maintain process to ensure logistics data are timely and useful to enhance our demand planning and transport optimization
- Build his/her organization and personal capability in line with L’Oreal competencies
