Responsibilities:
- To ensure prepare out going invoice FCL and LCL shipments
- To ensure setting invoice and supporting documents before submit to Accounting
- To ensure input cost/incoming invoices into procars and put job number in incoming invoices
- To ensure input voucher invoice into procars
- To ensure input accrual if the cost is not available
- To ensure filing properly

- Adhered to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms
- Prepare prequalification and tender bid document
