PT Schenker Petrolog Utama currently employs over 460 people and has 15 offices in Indonesia: Jakarta - Corporate Office, Jakarta - Airport Office, Jakarta - Ocean Site Office, Jakarta - Logistics (4 facilities), Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Balikpapan, Medan and Batam. In other areas group companies of PT Petrolog Indah or reliable local partners are employed.

Export Pricing & Invoicing For Ocean Freight
(Tanjung Priok)
Responsibilities:

  • To ensure prepare out going invoice FCL and LCL shipments
  • To ensure setting invoice and supporting documents before submit to Accounting
  • To ensure input cost/incoming invoices into procars and put job number in incoming invoices
  • To ensure input voucher invoice into procars
  • To ensure input accrual if the cost is not available
  • To ensure filing properly

Requirements:

  • Male / Female, Age max. 30 years old
  • University degree from reputable university (preferable STMT) with min. GPA: 3.00
  • Min. 2 years experience as An Export or Pricing Export for Ocean Freight in Forwarding or Logistic Company
  • Understand Export/Import Procedures for Ocean Freight
  • Good verbal & written communication in English & Indonesia
  • Computer Literate, specially for MS. Office
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive and having good initiative
  • Will be placed in Tanjung Priok


Receptionist
(Cengkareng)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to the operation of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Receiving corporate guests/visitors/clients/customers
  • Documents/packages and the usage of meeting room as well

Requirements:

  • Female, 22 – 27 years old
  • Min 1 years working experience, Fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Degree or diploma with good marks in Secretarial or Administration

Sales Oil & Gas
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • To Maintain existing oil & gas shipment business
  • Develop new customer of oil & gas
  • Cost Calculation to prepare quotation
  • Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy & procedures
  • Adhered to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms
  • Prepare prequalification and tender bid document
  • Update customer list and maintain sales activity in SMART system
  • Review market development, budgeting for our oil & gas vertical market

Requirements:

  • Male / Female
  • Age max. 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in any major, with GPA min. 3.00 from reputable university
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills, smart and hard working, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive (self starter person) and having good initiative
  • Having minimum 3 year experience in Forwarding or Logistic Company with successful track record in selling to enterprise account, proven account management and business planning skills in all Market & min. 2years experience in handling oil & gas client
  • Well understand Incoterm, Air & Sea freight process & documentation for oil & gas shipment
  • Have knowledge QHSE and its requirement to shipping operation
  • Has network and personal contact within oil and gas companies
  • Have knowledge of PTK007rev.1/2009
  • Have own car.

Regional Coordinator
(Pekanbaru)
Responsibilities:

  • Arrange & monitoring delivery request
  • Preparing, checking & receiving supporting docs from/ to Warehouse
  • Know exactly about transportation process in his/ her area
  • Supervise Cargo loading process
  • Respond any complain or claim from his/ her area during transportation process

Requirements:

  • Male
  • Age max. 35 years old
  • Min D3 Management or Engineer from reputable University
  • Computer Literate, specially for MS. Office will be an advantages
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive and having good initiative
  • Capable to make good communication & coordination with the Driver & VENDOR
  • Having good understanding regarding Transportation in Indonesia
