Recruitment Manager (Code: RM)

Responsibilities:
Reports to HR Director, the candidate is responsible to:

  • Providing professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers; advising managers on best practice recruitment and selection process;
  • Preparing job descriptions and person specifications; writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are advertised; designing or revising application forms, including developing online processes;
  • Preparing other recruitment material depending on the type of organization - for example, brochures and further particulars;
  • Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff;
  • Screening application forms and short listing applicants; devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities;keeping up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes;
  • Running selection centers for graduate recruitment and more senior vacancies;
  • Provide professional support and share interviewing techniques to other employees
  • Developing plans to relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to restructuring within an organization.

Requirements:
General Requirements:

  • Must possess at least Bachelor degree (S-1) from recognized university majoring in psychology or law.
  • Minimum 5 – 8 years experiences in related field preferable in cement industry.
  • Good managerial & negotiation skills
  • Having an excellent communication, Interview Skill (Behavior based Interview)
  • Having skills in psychological Test (Conduct and analysis)
  • Having competency Skill and job Analysis Skill
  • Fluent in English (Oral & written)
  • Computer literacy / able to operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).
