On Site Project Quality Manager
Timika (Papua)
Responsibilities:

  • Be the interface with the customer quality teams
  • Manage & plan project quality on Site : define Quality Control Process and pilot Quality Controllers 
  • Ensure Project Quality Plan application, provide information for Gate Reviews & related actions
  • Report quality and safety alerts 
  • Control project deliverables' compliance through inspections and audits 
  • Manage Non Conformities and Safety Issues and animate problem solving 
  • Ensure the quality of the modifications and controls the impact on the reliability.
  • Manage QCD of the Warranty activity and Monitor project reliability performance
  • Analyze and identified gap between operational reliability and contractual target
  • Implement reliability Growth plan


Performance Measurement :

  • Availability & Reliability of trains as per the contractual terms & conditions
  • Customer Satisfaction, Problem solving reactivity 


Purpose of the Job :

  • Ensure the Project Quality on the project and coordinate all quality activities throughout the project
  • Ensure consistency between the project QCD objectives and the customer’s satisfaction 
  • Manage Reliability Growth and the overall Warranty activities coordination
  • Ensure QCD commitments of the warranty related Work Packages.
  • Monitor Problem Solving in coordination with all the project team members


Requirements:
Knowledge & Experience :

  • Engineering Background with 5 yrs or more of experience in Railway industry or Civil Works
  • Good overall knowledge of Railway products and systems 
  • Good Communications and interpersonal skills

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
Timika (Papua)
Responsibilities:
Following are some of the major responsibilities of a safety manager :

  • To initiate, co-ordinate and manage all the EHS related tasks within the organization.
  • Advice the Project Manager or any other person in charge of the Site on the measures to be taken in the interests of safety and health of the persons employed therein and assist in implementing such measures.
  • Take the lead in investigation of accident that took place and finding the root cause to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Organizing EHS meeting, training, competitions, contest and other activities that will develop and maintain the interest of the persons employed on Site so as to establish safe and healthy working conditions therein.
  • Establish and ensure that necessary EHS documentation and filing system.
  • Ensure provisions of all related EHS regulations are complied.
  • Assist in follow-up all EHS matters related to the project.
  • Carry out regular EHS inspection to ensure compliance to the established EHS system and to detect any unsafe condition and acts.
  • Manage the EHS staff to ensure EHS works are well taken care. 
  • Additional responsibilities like managing EHS resources to ensure full utilization.


Requirements:

  • Being a manager, he should possess good oral and written communication skills. 
  • An operational background is definitely a plus point but a person having sound analytical and problem solving skills would also make a good safety manager. 
  • Aptitude to accept challenges. 
  • Having good computer knowledge is also essential, especially the use of spreadsheets and presentation programs. 
  • Good administrative and team skills are a must.


HR and Visa Officer
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to the expatriates to manage their formalities visa and other logistics for the expatriates, hierarchically to the Project Manager.


Key Accountabilities

  • Handling of formalities visa for the expatriates. 
  • Handling logistics for the expatriates (housing, moving goods etc).
  • Coordinating with formalities agent, immigration office, man power office and other relatives in government for the formalities.
  • Provide support to the Contract/Project Team when necessary.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Handling in HR Administration


Requirements:

  • Essential: BSc in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications /experience.
  • Essential: Good computer literacy and typing skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Access)
  • Essential: Proficient in both written and spoken English 
  • Preferable: Knowledge and experience of working in formalities visa for a minimum 3 years.
  • Good communication skill with Indonesia government

Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Contracts Manager

Responsibilities:
To be responsible for all related matters with regard to the contractual matters of sub-contract packages and provide support to the Project Team; group project managers, commercial department, procurement department, coordinating all tendering and letting of Subcontract packages and provide required support to the team on contractual matters arising in respect of current project in relation to sub-contract matters

Key Accountabilities

  • Undertake all necessary day to day Contract Administration tasks
  • Undertake Sub-Contract Management from pre-contract through to post contract.(Undertaking all duties from procurement through to Final Account)
  • Follow-up and maintain the Sub-Contractors/Suppliers guarantees, deeds, etc
  • Compile/review all contract documents of all Sub-Contractors/Suppliers
  • Provide support to the Contract/Project Team when necessary
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate Supervisor


Requirements:

  • Essential: 5 - 7 years commercial and sub-contracts experience
  • Desirable: Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Business or related subject with relevant professional qualifications in ADR/Contract Law
  • Knowledge and understanding of local business practices and customs (Singapore/Europe)
  • Knowledge and experience of railway and construction conditions of contract
  • Preferable; 5 years plus relevant railway and construction experience
  • Knowledge of railway commercial contract management
  • Experience of managing and developing a team of staff
