FLOW ASSURANCE & CORROSSION LEAD ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITY :
Leading a team composed of peoples with corrosion engineering and flow assurance expertise background to do and deliver the followings :
- Define the corrosion control and monitoring work program and plan for all of company’s asset groups.
- Define the flow assurance work program and plan such as scale and wax management to minimize restriction in the system.
- Facilitate the implementation of the corrosion control program in cooperation with the other company’s resources as well as service providers including corrosion control for decommissioning and mothballing.
- Define the chemicals application strategy and work program for process related corrosion.
- Establish and manage the corrosion data administration system and custody the database. Facilitate the corrosion data evaluation and produce the recommendation for improvement and rectification plans.
- Monitor the corrosion control work program implementation to ensure the quality of the delivered services.
- Provide inputs to other disciplines (inspection, process, mechanical, structural, piping, electrical) for corrosion aspects in the design of new facilities.
- Participate in the new and replacement facilities materials selection.
- Provide painting procedure and paint specification. Facilitate the painting application quality control in cooperation with field inspectors.
- Provide corrosion control status reports for management update.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Engineering degree (S1) preferably in Chemical/Process, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering
- Twelve (12) years experience in corrosion and flow assurance engineering within the petroleum or petrochemical industry.
- Offshore and onshore experiences are required, as well as external and internal corrosion expertise and with a hands-on transient thermal-hydraulic modeling/ simulation work in the support of the design and operation of offshore facilities including wells, pipelines, risers, separation and pressure-boosting equipment working with software such as Olga, Pipesim, PvtSim and Multiflash.
- Basic understanding of HSE theory and application is necessary.
- A good understanding of general operations aspects of the oil & gas industry through field development engineering, construction, operations and maintenance will be beneficial.
- Good spoken and written English as well as the ability to work in a multinational environment both offshore and onshore.
Business Excellence Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Review Corporate and Upstream Accounting Policy
- Provide consultancy/ advise to Finance or respective parties on Accounting Policy & Practices to ensure proper record and report of financial transactions, consistent applications, and reliability and integrity of the financial books of account.
- Facilitate user within company in developing, reviewing, and improving business process using Business Process Management - Pritchett Rummler-Brache methodology and technology utilization
- Administer and monitor published business process to ensure the documents are still applicable based on the frequency
- Ensure the designed controls are reflected in business process documentation
- Review Authority Limitation Management published in higher level (Corporate, Upstream, Exploration, Finance, Procurement and Region)
- Provide interpretation and assistance for user related to Authority Limitation Management approval
- Ensure no Segregation of Duties conflict on Authority Limitation Management assignment and automated approval are assigned in SAP
- Act as main resources and single point of contact for Finance and other department related to account reconciliation
- Maintain account reconciliation database for reconciler and approver
- Review (“audit”) Account Reconciliation that has been reviewed by approver to ensure fully compliance with COP Account Reconciliation policy and note for any potential items/ issues included items for Account Reconciliation Exception Report.
- Document the review result and communicate with respective team lead, manager and VP Finance
- Become liaison with internal and external auditor related to Account Reconciliations
- Working closely with Account Reconciliation Coordinator in Corporate as resources when there is any questions

TECHNICIAN INSTRUMENT
Responsibilities:
- Compliance with all relevant safety regulations including Company’s Core Values and Health, Safety and Environmental policies, and where applicable the asset Safety Case.
- Attend and participate in safety meetings.
- Work with Field Operator in Isolating and de-isolating instrument and system equipment for maintenance activities.
- High safety responsibility to himself, co-workers, plant and associated equipment.
- Follow plant safety emergency response procedures in event of an emergency
- Ensuring all Procedures and Written Instructions are followed and adhered to.
- Report in a timely manner any loss of production capabilities related to instrumentation, and any critical unsafe situations to the line Supervisor.
- Takes an active role in the inspection of instrument equipment, understands the means for safely isolating instrument related equipment.
- Perform minimum trouble shooting on instrument and system problems and maintain good housekeeping in work areas, ensuring zero discharge to the environment.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to contract personnel.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate verbal / written handover at crew changes.
- Follow Competency training Program, demonstrate competency at Instrument level 3 standard.
- Achieve set goals and personal development programs.
- Correct Personal Protective Equipment is used when carrying out tasks.
- Ensuring hand tools and test equipment are in good safe working order.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years operating in the chemical, oil, and gas related industry.
- Time served tradesman.
- Experience in Control Systems, PLC and Fire & Gas detection.
- Strong Safety and Environment awareness.
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
- Personal motivation and self learning ability.
- Effective communicator at all levels, fluent in English oral and written.
- A driving license and defensive driving skills are required.
- Maintaining a positive safety culture is mandatory in this position. Proactive support of all company safety programs and procedures is an expectation.
- Work Schedule – Rotational – 14 day work shifts with a nominal 12 hour work day.
