Responsibilities:

  • To act at the front line in the company in providing general technical information, technical specification, application of Schneider’s Low Voltage-Medium Voltage products  and to escalate to level 2 Technical service center (if needed) with quick response/answer to customer. Additional information about products availability, price inquiries and customer order status based on SAP data if requested by customer, also to manage the Customer Complaint and follow up according to the target time up to closed. Most the activity is to support the sales with the objective to increase the customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Technical (electro, machines, industry)

TC Execution Engineer (TC-EE)

Responsibilities:

  • Master in project execution from order entry up to delivery to customer which included providing of invoice supporting document.
  • To establish contract & pre-contract  execution review and prepare the documents for internal launching meeting.
  • Prepare customer order confirmation and submit any contractual documents
  • Issue contract budget and  monitor the project progress.
  • Review the project cost regularly and close when finished.
  • Coordinate with Service team for testing & commissioning.

Requirements:

  • S1 in Electrical Power Distribution

Compliance, Key Internal Control (KIC) 
& Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To improve compliance to Group policies and statutory requirement.
  • Reinforce the Key Internal Control (KIC) throughout all the units in Jakarta.
  • To build the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for Indonesia Commercial.
  • To coordinate all the compliance related topics.
  • To coordinate the yearly KIC assessment and related action plans follow-up with each Dept/ BP Owners.
  • To develop the first BCP for Indonesia Commercial in the event of any natural disaster (eg flooding).
  • Designs and implements programs, policies, and practices to ensure that all business units are in compliance with government regulatory requirements
  • Tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organization's policies.
  • Prepares compliance reports to present to management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting.

  • Knowledge about ISO Procedures
  • Strong knowledge in leadership, salesmanship, and networking
  • Good command in English & computer literate.
  • Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
  • Able to work under pressure & good teamwork.
  • Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider’s products is an advantage
