CSR OFFICER
Scope of Job:
- Responsible in preparing yearly CSR Program Site
- Handle mapping activities for Budget Preparation
- Cooperate with MUSPIKA, Village Chief, & Bappeda (Regional Body for Planning and Development) in preparing of RKAB CSR Program
Requirements:
- Having minimum of 2-3 years experience in similar capacity (applicant who has max of 2 years experience are encourage to apply and we will be considered as a CSR Staff)
- Understand CSR role especially in Coal Mining Company
- Able to lead CSR team and monthly reporting to the Headquarter
- Able to create a good relationship with the communities and local official
- Male, age between 28 – 45 years old
Qualifications:
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree
- Understand Mine Regulation and Budgeting
- Communicative and able to work as a team
- Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
- Good proficiency in English both oral & written
Staff Surveyor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support data needed for design manufacture mines and actual map information area location
- Join Survey measured the Original and process measurement data
- All Exposed Monitoring Coal Pit
- Conducting joint measurement survey
General Qualifications
- Having S1 engineering education
- Able to operate MS Office, Autocad, and other Civil Software
- Thinking analyst and understands the details necessary poko
- Understand English
Special Qualifications
- Having experience in same field at least 3 years
- Understanding the duties and functions of the survey
- Able to carry out measurements for a mining job
- Able to analyze the accuracy of the measurement data on a particular condition
- Understand the basics of knowledge Geology
- Understanding the basis of Quality Control and Management Stock Pile
- Minimum age 25 years and maximum 40 years
PORT MASTER (Code: PRM)
Responsibility:
- Prepare all that related with shipment which consists of loading and unloading
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in similar capacity
- Having certificate min. ANT II
- Understand mine regulation and HSE
- Knowledgeable in basic of Coal Geology, Coal Quality, Coal Resources, Coal Reserves, Mine Processing and Production Schedule, Mine Equipment, and Shipping
Qualifications:
- Education minimum Diploma 3
- Computer literate (Ms. Office), good proficiency in English both oral & written
- Able to prepare report and conduct the presentation
- Communicative and able to work as a team
- Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
HEALTH, SAFETY, & ENVIRONMENT OFFICER
(Code : HSE-C/0110)
Scope of Job:
- Responsible in supervising and administer the implementation process of Health, Safety & Environment activities in surrounding operation of work area to create alertness and optimally maintain skills of HSE
- Conduct environment manage and monitoring to fulfill environment quality standard that has been required
Requirements:
- Having experience minimum of 4 years in similar capacity
- Understand mine regulation and HSE (particularly in Environment)
- Having certified in HSE professionalism (Ahli K3) would be preferred
- Understand basic first aid, basic work safety (tools, prevention, action), waste management, revegetation, reclamation, ANDAL, RKL, RPL
- Able to analyze safety & mine equipment availability, prepare ANDAL report
- Male, age between 28 – 40 years old
Qualifications:
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Environment Engineering
- Communicative and able to work as a team
- Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
- Able to prepare report and conduct the presentation of Environment & Safety
- Good proficiency in English both oral & written
