Analyst - Marketing Public Relation (MPR)

- Manage MPR strategy, planning and implementation by coordinate & align cross-brands, assist region for regional strategy, plan & executing campaign, monitor cost efficiency and conduct final briefs for media house, monitor material delivery from creative agency to media house
- Provides periodic mapping competitor analysis
- Conduct Post Buy Analysis by monitor performance media buying by vendor and take out learning for the next campaign

Requirements:
- University degree (S1) preferably major in Marketing or Communication discipline
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Marketing Communication, PR and/or Advertising

Specialist - Screen Management, UI Design & Usability Testing (SSMU)

Responsibilities:
- Develop user experience strategy and set guidelines for handset screens
- Set guidelines for user experience strategy across devices with regards to portals, UMB, STK etc
- Consolidates user requirements in terms of UI for all touch points
- Creation of standards and guidelines across all touch points
- Performs/Coordinates usability testing to ensure adherence to standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design or related field, Psychology, Human Factors or Industrial Engineering
- Min 3 years of experience on designing interactive web, WAP and mobile applications
- Good knowledge of user-centered design/usability principles and methodologies
- Innovative and can bring new ideas for screen layouts, interaction and prototypes
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent Portal and portal-related products
- Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality
- Must be able to communicate with all areas of the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market
