HR Analyst
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Provide local HR advice and support in line with the broader HR policies and framework
  • Provide support, advice and expertise on country terms and conditions, policies and procedures, employment legislation, data integrity, internal recruitment and selection, remuneration and reward
  • Deliver generalist HR support and advice/policy guidance to managers and employees within client area, including discipline, grievance, poor performance, absence management
  • Communicate and implement HR processes and programmes (e.g. appraisals, merit, etc)
  • Implement Learning initiatives and Diversity & Inclusiveness programme
  • Support Business change and the management of organisational implications, including business improvement processes
  • Provide guidance and support in performance management and development of staff

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum Bachelor degree qualification, preferably in Business, Administration or Economics
  • Has at least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in generalist HR capacity
  • Demonstrate good English communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in database and tools (i.e. Excel) and managing business information/data
  • Experience and knowledge in Human Resources policies is preferred
  • Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position


HR Account Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Business HR to ensure the delivery of the local HR plan and the global HR strategies at the local level
  • Build capabilities to operationalise the HR processes, and support the Business/function to ensure staff consultation is appropriately handled. Contribute positively to the state of Industrial Relations within the assigned staff population
  • General HR support and advise to local leadership teams
  • Application of global HR processes and systems
  • Support to the delivery of the HR Functional Plan
  • Support the business/function through change journeys and help manage the organizational implications and employee impact

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum Degree qualification, preferably with at least 6 years of relevant HR work experience
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work & communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization (including managing difficult conversations)
  • Ability to manage multiple issues and tasks, processes and customer demands
  • Ability to recommend HR interventions to improve productivity and effectiveness of staff
  • Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position
