Area Sales Coordinator (Minimarket)
The role of this position is to :
- Is responsible for daily , monthly and annual sales targets achievement – within the specified area.
- Is accountable for in-store execution in all the outlets of his area
- Monitors the daily activity of the sales supervisor
- Monitor the daily activity of the delivery supervisor
- Monitors and controls the sales document compliance within his/her area of responsibility.
The qualifications are:
- Minimum 1 years experience handling Direct Delivery / Direct Sales To Minimarket stores (prefer from Yoghurt & Ice Cream Company)
- Prefer Below below than 35 years
- Minimum D-3 graduate , University degree (would be an advantage)
- Proactive, results oriented , Very good planning/ organizing skills
- Evaluation – information analysis and synthesis skills
- Have strong initiatives, passionate and determined to solution oriented ,
- Determination, capacity to work under stressful conditions
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta
- Willing to work across Jabodetabek Area

WASH Project Officer
1. Roles :
- Apply project management tool kit as a basis to design the WASH projects in surrounding AQUA’s operating units.
- Ensure that projects executed and budget administered in line with the workplan and company policies/requirements.
- Facilitate the partnership of AQUA and local stakeholders on the implementation of WASH projects on the field.
- Support capacity bulding-sessions on WASH-related topics for CSR teams.
II. Responsibilities :
- Support CSR Coordinators to ensure the projects’ targeted outputs are achieved.
- Work together with other functions within the program to ensure the Department’s objectives are achieved
- Manage 2 ways communication with all related stake holders.
III. Functional Competencies :
- Experience on the field of community development.
- Strong understanding on project management scope.
- Essential technical knowledge and skill of theories and methods on WASH subject.
IV. Qualification :
- Having university degree on civil/environmental engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience on WASH sector, preferable in the community based-projects.
- Proficient in English both writing and speaking.
V. Reporting
- The respective position will report to WASH Program Manager.
