Responsibilities:
- To create marketing pull by actively engaging potential customers/consultants/contractors/panel maker
- To implement partner program provided by Asean Center of Competence to build strong relationships with customers and competent partners
- To plan and execute sales marketing activities in order to meet order intake, net sales, and gross margin targets for the country
- To track, report current and future sales opportunities/activities on a monthly basis to business unit
- To initiate and coordinate market information and requirement for feedback to Asean Cluster business development to improve product competitiveness in technology and functionality
- To organize marketing and sales promotion activities in support of the company's marketing effort to ensure maximum future sales quota
- To responsible for conducting market research and sourcing for new partners based on the partner selection criteria
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- At least 4 years experience in technical sales and support in similar industry or similar related functions

Customer Service Engineer (CSE)

Responsibilities:
- To report to the Technical Service Manager for administrative matters and to the RSC (Regional Support Center) or Headquarter Support Center regarding technical issues.
- To perform service activities, coordinated via the Uptime Service Center in an adequate and appropriate manner.
- To perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of all Siemens Healthcare products (Radiography / Fluoroscopy / Angiography System, Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Molecular Imaging, Mammography, Oncology care system, and Ultrasonography) within his/her area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision
- To maintain customer satisfaction, in particular within the framework of Customer Services
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Have a good knowledge in computer system and networking
- Knowledge in medical equipment is an advantage
- Good problem solving and analytical skill.
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change
- Candidates should possess a good troubleshooting skill on electronic circuits.
- Overnight, weekend, and air traveling may be required.
Application Specialist (AS)

Responsibilities:
- To do on site customer education at his/her Siemens Healthcare system (eg. Angiography, CT Scan, MRI, and X-ray Diagnostic systems) including turn over training, follow up, update and upgrade standard system and application
- To do customer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements including adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflow to expand customer portfolio
- To do professional application support to quickly process and resolve customer tickets, escalations, and complaints, including error diagnosis and repair, trouble shooting
- To support PLM/CRM process including field insight into customer needs, issues, and known application errors as well as provision of troubleshooting know-how experience
- To do sales support e.g. product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma degree in relevant background from reputable university or academy
- Has at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a clinic or equivalent background involving in clinical and medical technology expertise
- Has good knowledge in medical equipment
- Good problem solving, analytical, and teaching skill
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change
- Overnight, weekend, and air traveling may be required.
- Willing to work overtime and weekends according to customer request.
