Investor Relation Executive (IRE)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare appropriate communication materials to the investment community (shareholders, buy & sell side Analyst, investment bankers, brokers)
- Ensure a consistent delivery of the communication materials
- Coordinate with various internal Departments (Finance, Sales & Marketing, Corporate Planning & Strategy, Legal and Corporate Communications) to produce the communication materials
- Be responsive to investor calls, questions, and requests
- Assist the Head of IR in conducting regular communications with the investment community through various activities e.g. non-deal roadshows (domestic and international), analyst days, conference call, capital market conferences
- Represent the Company credibly and objectively in a professional manner
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably Finance or Accounting major from reputable university
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- Previous experience in a detailed analytical role will be essential, in particular analysis of financial models
- Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Experience in communication with external audiences is desirable
- A proven track record of ‘ability to deliver results’, organized, timely, responsible
Revenue Assurance Officer (RAO)

- Supervise the assurance of completeness of events that are chargeable to a customer/partner in Interconnect, Mobile Data Services, National Roaming-Billing revenue-stream
- Supervise the assurance of accuracy of events that are chargeable to a customer/partner in Interconnect, Mobile Data Services, National Roaming -Billing revenue-stream process
- Organize control-point execution on Interconnect, MDS, National Roaming-Billing revenue-stream process
- Investigate, identify, analyze and resolve the root cause of revenue leakage/loss
- Compile monthly "revenue leakage" reports
- Continuously keep abreast with latest development in telecommunication technology
- Supervise the execution & operation of REVA tools
Requirements:
- Graduate from reputable university, majoring in information technology with min GPA 3.25
- Min 2 years experience from related field, preferably in application development or IT audit
- Advance in text programming using PERL, C, Java.
- Advance in ORACLE database
- Possess good sense of audit and strong analysis
- Able to work under pressure
- Fast learner and a team player

Facility Construction Project Engineer (PE)

Responsibilities:
Purpose of your position:
- Provide site management & technical assistance of the assigned new built construction or renovation project of company's office building from construction to the handover of premises within optimal budget, specified quality and schedule.
Your main responsibilities are to:
- Provide site management for assigned new built project or renovation to make sure the work is carried out as per design and specification
- Coordinate work among different contractor (Civil, MEP, Interior, Landscape), consultants (architect, interior, structural & MEP), vendors as well as among internal department (user group)
- Provide daily site supervision to make identifications regarding variation order, site discrepancy, design problem and all matter encounters during project construction or customer service area, local maintenance center, retail and office area
- To make analysis & decision with the designer/consultant structure, architect and MEP on site during project construction regarding variation order, site discrepancy, design problem and all matter encounters on site
- To check and finalize the project acceptance (including testing & commissioning) and ensuring defect list identified during the hand over are satisfactory rectified by the contractor
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in related function
- Advanced project management skill
- Knowledge in technical design aspect
- Knowledge in common tender procedure in construction industrial
- A team player
- Good English proficiency
