PT Golden Energy Mines (GEMS) is the holding company of 10 coal concessions across approximately 57,000 hectares in Indonesia, including among others, CCOW Borneo Indobara (BIB) and IUP Kuansing Intimakmur (KIM).GEMS has 1.2 billion tons of JORC resources and over 400 million tons JORC reserves. The mines are located in Riau, Jambi, South Sumatera, Central Kalimantan and South Kalimantan. GEMS also procures coal from external sources to feed large (5 million ton consumption) pulp and paper mills and for exports.

GEMS production capacity is near 10 million tons in 2011, with actual production in previous years at around 3 million tons. GEMS coal is mainly 4200 kcal/kg (GAR), 4800 kcal/kg (GAR) and 5300 kcal/kg (GAR). Current export markets are to China, India, Thailand, Vietnam and Bangladesh. GEMS exports coal through coal terminals located in Bunati Sungai Danau (South Kalimantan) and (Teluk Bayur Padang), which have 5 million and 3 million tons capacities respectively. Production is expected to ramp up to 15 million tons by 2014. GEMS is a subsidiary of Dian Swastatika Sentosa tbk (DSS), a publicly listed company on the Jakarta Stock Exchange which operates power plants, telecom towers, and other infrastructure projects.

Infrastructure Section Head (COAL)
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

  • Bachelor (S1), faculty of engineering, preferably majoring in Civil Engineering
  • Experienced for 5 years or more in the infrastructure of roads, bridges, or a coal port, preferably a lot of experience in construction and road maintenance and road hauling coal mine
  • More preferably who have expertise implementing the certification path
  • Having the ability and leadership, general managerial, project-management, analysis and problem-solving both
  • Able to communicate well and able to adapt quickly
  • Able to speak English well


HRGA Site Supervisor
(Kalimantan Tengah)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in handling personnel administration, training and development
  • Responsible for internal and external relations & communication regarding to HR matters
  • Implementing HR strategy to support operation division to achieve their target.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law/Management from reputable University
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position (site area)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Industrial Relations practice, labor law or government regulation, employment agreement, HR Procedures and Process
  • Experience in handling compensation-benefit and personnel administration
  • Experience in coal mining industry will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills and good team work
  • Will be placed in site south Kalimantan


SAP FICO Section Head
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

  • Male / Female ; Age maximum 35 years
  • Reputable University Graduate (Post Graduate is preferable) IPK min 3,00;
  • Minimum 3 years SAP FI-CO and EC-CS experience with 2 full cycle implementation project experience;
  • Strong business process knowledge especially in Finance-Accounting;
  • Hands on configuration skill in SAP
  • Deep knowledge in SAP cross-modules integration
  • Team player, smart, analytical, pleasant personality;

  • Understand Operating System HPUX
  • Understand Relational Data Base Management(RDBMS): Oracle & SQL server
  • Have experience in SAP installation and upgrade project
  • Have good knowledge on SAP Basis
  • Very motivated as SAP system administrator
  • Understand SAP system Disaster Recovery and Backup System

Requirements:

  • Male, max 45 years old
  • Minimum S1 degree from mining engineering or geology
  • Minimum 10 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years in managerial level as Production Department Head
  • Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac.
  • Minimum POM certificate
  • Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)
  • Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
  • Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
  • Fluent in English both oral & written.
  • Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan


Surveyor
(Jambi, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah)
Requirements:

  • Male, max. 35 years old
  • Min D3/S1 Geodetic from reputable University
  • Having minimum 3 years experience as surveyor on mining industry
  • Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
  • English min. passive
  • Willing to work at mine site, and remote area


IR/ER Site Section Head
(Jakarta Raya, Jambi, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah)
Responsibilities:

  • Providing consultation and counseling services for employees in need, especially at site
  • To review, develop, revise and to create SOP and WI are associated with ER / IR employee
  • Direct and motivate each individual employee for supporting the company's policy
  • Being a mediator between the company and its employees in case of difference of opinion about the regulation of companies that apply
  • Creating reciprocal communication with a means of communication in the form of brainstorming to deliver opinions on the organization's employees

Requirements:

  • Male, Age between 35 Years s.d. 45 Year
  • Minimum education S1 Law / Psychology / Management
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of Industrial Relations / External Relations
  • Understanding the Law no. 13, 2003 on Labor

Coal Stockpile & Port Supervisor
(Kalimantan Selatan)
Responsibilities:

  • Manage all port activities consist of: weight bridges, stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, thanshipment, and quality assurance.
  • Monitoring all operation documentations.
  • To ensure the harmony and good cooperation between the company, Agent And the port terminal Operator

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experienced in the management of the coal stockpile, coal crushing and loading
  • Having a good knowledge, negotiation skill, and leadership.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan Selatan.
