Internal Audit Supervisor (IAS)
The incumbent report to Audit Manager of Internal Control Sufficiency and accountable to manage DANgo reporting tool be in line with the Group requirements and schedule.
Requirements :
- At least 1 years experience in accounting and/or auditing field (internal or external)
- Good exposure in internal control framework and business’s best practices
- Good project management skills in order to be able to manage cross functional project
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, for both verbal & written
- University graduate, in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having 2 years experience as Auditor (Internal / External)
- Strong knowledge in auditing and accounting skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent English (spoken & written) & Computer literate
- Willing to travel across Indonesia for audit assingment
Purchasing Supervisor (PS) CIANJUR PLANT
The incumbent report to Plant Controller and responsible for :
- Sourcing and negotiation in the area of indirect material
- Develop and support sourcing strategy, identify, evaluate and manage suppliers
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least in Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisor specializing in
- Purchasing/Inventory/Spare part & warehouse management or equivalent
- Having experience with SAP are preferable
- Having working experince in purchasing area in FMCG is an advantage
- Good in negotiation skills and vendor relationship Strong Analysis
- Creative in problem solving and improvement / productivity idea
- Strong leadership and managerial skills in lean manufacturing environment
- Computer literacy and good command in English both written and verbal

This position will report to HR Manager. The incumbent is responsible to monitor the implementation of labour law, policies & program of industrial relation, and to maintain the company’s relations with the public, stakeholders, and employees. And also manage people development

This position will report to HR Director & Plant Manager. The incumbent is responsible to organize, implement and maintain HR roles, policy and regulations. Dealing with surrounding communities will be part of the duty.
Requirements :
- University degree from any major
- Having 5-7 years experience in HR, and current role as HR Manager
- Preferably posses mixed multinational experience and local company
- experience. Experienced in Manufacturing is a must.
- Shows good people skills, strong communication and negotiation skills,
- understand how to approach and deals with local
- communities/government. A self driven person and result oriented
- Good command in English both verbal & written
