You will be expected to assist Legal Department in the day-to-day management of the Legal affairs of the Acuatico Group and all of its subsidiaries. Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Give Outline of Duties to be Performanced:
  • The engineer lead the each team base on shift schedule
  • Operation of WTP base on SOP
  • Regular inspection of all mechnaical/electrical and power units of a facility
  • Report to Chief Engineer


Reasons to hire employee (must be filled in):

  • In order to operation of Water Treatment Plant at Rasuna the employees have to work 24 hours with 2 shift (12 hours/team)
  • Base on that, three teams are required (see attachment)
  • A Mechanic/Electrician is accountable for the entire repair and service works of mechanical/electrical units and other power equipments in a facility. A Mechanic/Electrician works under the supervision of a manager and is required to comply with the standard operating procedures of an establishment

Job Descriptions :
COMPENSATION & BENEFIT SUPERVISOR

Objectives:
Carrying out properly and timely policies, systems and process compensation & benefits to employees for the rights and obligations of employees and the Company can be implemented in a balanced manner and in accordance with applicable regulations

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop a system of remuneration in the company as a recommendation to increase employee motivation and support achievement of corporate performance targets
  • Maintain and verify the data / records employee attendance, Warrant Overtime, shift, leave, training, medical services and so can be used as a basic right in paying the compensation and benefits (salary, allowances, incentive, pension / insurance)
  • Maintain and verify the recording of the pieces on loans, advances, and other telephone usage, to ensure that any data recorded correctly
  • Doing payroll process based on the correct data so that the payment of salaries can be done with the correct amount and on time
  • Verifying expense reports filed by workers on a business trip, vacation, medical, training, so that payment can be made with the correct amount
  • Processing administration official travel within and outside the country (the reservation, advance, formality), so the trip can be done in a timely and smoothly
  • Maintain the company's facilities (housing, vehicles, telephones, computers) in accordance with the policy in order to program retention and increase worker productivity
  • Administer pension / insurance / tax and employee termination in accordance with the provisions, for each of the payment process carried out correctly and on time


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Employee motivation to work is generally good;
  • Data Accuracy
  • Timeliness and accuracy of calculation and payment of payroll

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, age 24-35 years
  • Bachelor's degree, with experience min. 2-3 years
  • Understand in english
  • Can operate computer min. MS Office
  • Experience with trouble shooting of all equipment of water treatment plan
  • Strong Leadership, accurate and creative
  • Ability to identify technical malfunctions in mechanical/electrical units
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines


Operator Water Treatment
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Give Outline of Duties to be Performanced:
  • The operator work with each team base on shift schedule
  • Maintain the water treatment plant systems in order to ensure the availability of a clean water
  • Maintain the physical plant and mobile equipment
  • Maintain the general administration of the Water/Sewer system in order to ensure effective operations
  • Report to Chief Engineer


Reasons to hire employee (must be filled in):

  • In order to operation of Water Treatment Plant at Rasuna the employees have to work 24 hours with 2 shift (12 hours/team)
  • Base on that, three teams are required (see attachment)
  • The Water Treatment Plant Operator is responsible for of the water plant in order to ensure that residents have safe and clean water in accordance with federal, territorial and municipal legislation, policies and standards

  • Ability to operate and maintain water and sewer equipment and systems
  • Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Decision making skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
