Sales Manager for Business Unit Coatings, Adhesives, & Sealants
Reporting to the Head of the business unit CAS for South East Asia and working closely with other departments such as Technical Service, Product Management, and Customer Service, you will be in charge of growing sales volume and profits in the Indonesian market, build and maintain existing / potential customers, implement marketing & product strategies, take relevant sales decisions, manage customer portfolio, analyze competitors / market activities.
Your qualifications:
- Chemical Engineering degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years experience in the chemical industry (coating and adhesives would be an advantage)
- Proven track records of exceeding business targets
- Ability to manage key accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, dynamic, a good team player that can work independently

Market Analyst
Reporting to the Head of the business unit CAS for South East Asia and working closely with other departments such as the Office of Pricing, Product Management, and Sales, your key responsibilities are:
- Oversight the execution of strategic direction of the BU-Coatings, Adhesives, and Sealants for South East Asia
- Mapping out supply and demand balance and recommending allocation of product to maximize sales and profits
- Analyzing and monitoring the execution of pricing strategy in South East Asia
- Leading reporting and controlling of sales, cost and working capital
- Developing market and competitive intelligence tools and processes
Your qualifications
- Accounting, Economics background from reputable university
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in financial and pricing modeling
- Capacity to manage large volume of data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
