Logistics Manager (LM)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements logistics strategies in line with regional and global initiatives
- Guides and manages entire project with Senior Stakeholders
- Analyzes, develops and leads implementation of strategic logistics projects
- Serves as main point of contact with the PSL Supply Chain organization on logistics matters.
- Leads team of all Stakeholders, Analysts and Logistics Specialists through processes to conduct internal needs analyses; determine optimal solutions, achieves agreement based on business logic and oversees the implementation.
- Owns the Logistics Practice Manual review and update process for the area of responsibility
- Assists in the development and management of annual Logistics budget
- Leads on-going efforts for establishing and sustaining improvement processes
- Ensures Sarbanes-Oxley logistics issues are precluded from global logistics operations

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Engineering or Supply Chain with strong logistics is required;
- Preference for a Masters which adds a business degree;
- Minimum of 8 years experience in logistics with knowledge of at least two of Ocean, Air or Land transport modes;
- Knowledge of Hazardous movements is a requirement;
- Required: IATA / IMDG rules and regulation;
- Safety Act for at least one advanced country;
- Ability to produce and analyze process Flow Diagrams;

- Maintains, diagnoses and repairs a variety of equipment including; diesel engines, transmissions, drive train components, winches, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, sand conveyor systems, air compressors, micro processor controls, electro-mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mobile/overhead cranes, wellhead attachments and pressure equipment, gearboxes, PTO's, generators, chemical metering systems, 12/24v electrical systems, equipment cabs and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels, forklifts, A/C systems, and a variety of other energy services equipment.
- Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
- Recognized expert in maintenance processes, procedures and functions.
- Provides job training and guidance on a regular basis; performs work of same or closely allied nature.
Requirements:
