As the PAM Jaya partner, AETRA continuous to work hand-in-hand with PAM Jaya to balance the business interest to obtain a clean water supply.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the availability of legal studies in the form of an opinion, an alternative option to the functions of advocacy, litigation and engagement
• Ensuring availability of the proposed work plan and budget for cases handled
• Ensuring terkelolanya work plan and budget units that have been approved by lawyers Legal Manager
• Ensuring coordination and communication with relevant departments to run well
• Ensuring the implementation of the approved SOPs associated with the Legal Department
• Ensuring availability of the work unit reports for the relevant parties in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Law
• Having experience in the field of Company Law of approximately 2 years
• Having a permit proceedings (SK Advocate)
• Having the knowledge and skills of law (Law & Regulation)
• Confidence, diplomacy and negotiating ability
• Having the ability in the management contract and audits
• Excellent English (Bahasa Proficiency)
• Able to work well in a team
