The partnership with Caatoosee for the past five years (since 2001) was finally terminated by Sigma through SIAC after an amicable settlement could not be reached.“We have tried to offer win-win solutions for both parties, but this did not seem enough for the other party.We finally took the initiative to bring the case to arbitration in Singapore, which we consider neutral.After review and investigation, the arbitration court decided on our favor,” saidToto Sugiri, founder of PT Sigma Cipta Caraka.

Data Center Operation Staff
(BSD Office & Surabaya Office)
Responsibilities:
- The DC Infra Operation Staff is a technical position that will responsible in monitoring incident and problem handling for all Data Center Equipment. This person will also responsible for managing the preventive maintenance for those equipments, supervise vendor in Data Center area, creating entry permit to building management, and also creating monthly capacity utilization report, joining for tender process, giving recommendation in technical aspect to project team member. This individual must able to work shifting (morning, day, or night) even in weekday, weekend or holiday. This person must strong in technical aspect and also able in administration.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in BSD Office (4 Person) & Surabaya Office (5 Person).
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
- 9 Full-Time positions available.
