Budget & Asset Management Specialist
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • To make and oversee company budget, to provide accurate financial statement and to control each department budget.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Computer literate on Microsoft office application (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Strong ability to work individually and with team
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Computer literacy
  • Good communication skill
  • Ability to delegate and develop employees
  • Understanding duty and tax
  • Full-Time positions available.


Payroll Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Process and ensure the input and output data of employees’ salary, pension fund, incentive and allowance payment are correct and on time as schedule for the purpose of salary transfer and avoiding employees’ complaints on payroll matter.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from accounting, finance or from any related background
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience handling payroll or remuneration calculation, Indonesian Income Tax (PPh 21)
  • Understand of Indonesia Income Tax (PPh 21)
  • Updated with latest government remuneration regulation and income tax
  • Good sounding of fringe benefit policy
  • In-depth knowledge of health insurance policy, Jamsostek
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Computer literate on Microsoft office application (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Strong ability to work individually and with team
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good Filing and Administration
