Incorporated in 2000, PT Indika Energy Tbk (''Indika Energy'') was previously known as PT Dipta Diwangkara/PT Indika Inti Energi. HR Supervisor-Mining Industry
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Initiate recruitment strategy to attract and retain qualified candidates
  • Handling all HR administration activities
  • Involved in Employee Relations (ER) issue resolution.
  • Handling escalation of ER related issues (legal site, region or corporate level).
  • Responsible for identification trends (tracking and reporting ER issues).
  • Involved in employment law and local regulations.
  • Demonstrate highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and also willingness to work collaboratively with other Departments
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Law/Psychology
  • Minimum 3-6 years working experience in HR preferably from Human Resource backg
  • round with supervisory skill preferably in Mining Company
  • Required skill(s): HR knowledge in Employee relationship, Communication and Public relationship.
  • Having experience in handling Organizational and People Development matters
  • Able to speak and write excellent English.
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategy, excellent interview skills, strong negotiation skills and familiar with psychometric tools


Geology-Coal Mining
(Papua, Kalimantan, Sumatra - Papua or other places)
Responsibilities:

  • Survey and Mapping detail promising area
  • Conduct to identify sampling methods, field operations, interpretation and correlation of seams, and reporting
  • Conduct to examines areal photographs and evaluates the results of geophysical prospecting
  • Prepare and identify surface and sub-surface maps, stratigraphic arrangement and composition of the potential of the coal

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree/ Master degree in Geology / Mining Engineer
  • Male/ Female, max. 35 years old
  • Minimum 1 years as Geologist (project mapping, well site) is must
  • Exposure to Map Info, Map Source, AutoCAD, GPS, and Mining software like Surpac and Minscape would be an added advantage
  • Having knowledge to identify geological structure, out crop and bedrock
  • Good health and personality, smart, and hard worker
  • Ability to work indepedently or as part of team
  • Available be assigned in site;Papua or other places in Indonesia


Finance and Accounting Officer
Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting
  • Having 2 years experience within Mining / Energy
  • Brevet A/ B/ C certificate is advantageous
  • Good understanding of Finance and Accounting system
  • Knowledgeable of operating Accounting Software is a must
  • Ability to work in under supervision and lead a team
  • Good personal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Broadminded, creative, strategic, and analytical thinking
