SHE SUPERINTENDENT
He/she is responsible for permitting, planning, implementing & controlling SHE programs to ensure that all employees and contractors comply with the company policy and standard on safety, health & environment and operate in safe condition, developing and implementing SHE best practice to improve the cost effectiveness of company and SHE assurance process and performance.
Specific Requirements:
- Min. S-1 graduate in health science, engineering or any other relevant disciplines
- Min. 7 years working experiences and/or 3 years in similar position
- Excellent knowledge in Permitting, Safety regulations, SHE management and audit system, good skills in assessment, auditing, training in health, safety and environment, Knowledge of risk assessment methodology as it applies to the areas of healthy, safety, environment and general business.
- Have deep knowledge of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and Safety & Environmental Audit.
General Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ideally in both English and Indonesian to liaise with internal/external contacts.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Good time management skills and organizational ability.
- Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.
- Have a high commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
Mine Engineer
This position is responsible for handling the day to day activities of mine planning aspects, short and long term planning, communication with contractor, in order to ensure that the production target is achieved in a safe manner.
Specific requirements to apply:
- University degree (S-1) in Mining Engineering.
- Min. 2 years exp. in coal mining industry.
- Good skills in mine planning and geological modelling by using mining software (Minescape, XPAC).
General requirements to apply:
- Hard worker and Able to work in team environment displaying leadership.
- Possess good communications skills both Indonesian and English.
- Computer literate.

BERTHING MASTER II (BM II)
This position is based in North Pulau Laut Coal Terminal – South Kalimantan. The incumbent is responsible to berth and un-berth of Ships and barges and ensure working in safety and operation procedure with schedule within the time frame.
Qualifications and requirements to apply:
- Min. Degree in Merchant Marine Academy and holding ANT II (ANT I is preferable).
- Having 5 years sea experiences with minimum chief officer position.
- Have maritime Indonesian Pilot is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of about international marine regulation, ISM code and ISPS code.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and excellent language skills either spoken and written of both Indonesian and English.
- Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.
- Have a high commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
- Good understanding on global coal business will be an advantage.
