Customer Service Implant (CS-JKT)

Responsibilities:
Import Shipment:
- Make communication with overseas office for arrange import shipment
- Review shipping document import (CI, PL, AWB/BL and etc) regarding to: correct Cnee and shipper, description of good on AWB/BL as per CIPL data and HS code of goods which need permit and coordinate with PIB team office
- Monitoring shipment from origin up to Jakarta airport/seaport
- Coordinate with DGF PIB team, CS Office for process PIB and monitoring process custom clearance until delivery to Baker warehouse
- Coordinate with Baker team and DGF Messenger for supporting document import (POA, statement letter, letter application for permit and etc) and for arrangement payment duty and taxes
- Follow up to get confirmation PIB from Baker
- Export/Domestic Shipment
- Coordinate with Baker team for provide supporting document export (POA, CIPL)
- Assist to monitoring export and domestic shipment
- For Import, Export and Domestic Shipment
- Update shipment and forward information to customer everyday
- Provide daily report
- Assist monitoring payment and coordinate with Baker finance
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Minimum Education Background: S1 from any discipline
- Good in computer skill (familiar with MS office is a must)
- Able to communicate in English (Oral & writing)
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in same position from forwarding company
- Having knowledge about Export/Import as well as Customer Clearance process is a must
- Has good interpersonal skill and teamwork
- Fast learner, independent
- Good problem solving & communication skill
- Placement will be in Cilandak Commercial Estate, Jakarta.
