Employee Services Executive

Responsibilities:
Report directly to Employee Relations Manager. This position is responsible to provide HR services for employees in order to ensure internal customer satisfaction and company regulation compliance by managing employee Relations matters, ensure HR services are delivered as per company regulation and HR Standard (service level agreement and ensure all employee communication is implemented as per agreed time frame).
Requirements:
Hold bachelor degree with a minimum of 2 years working in HR environment, having knowledge of HR policies and process in TNT, notion of local labour law and regulations, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity
in using Ms. Office.
Executive Territory (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
Report directly to Jakarta Field Sales Manager and work closely with Indoor Sales as a team. This position is responsible to grow revenue, profitability and trading base of the Ad- hoc, Small, Medium and Large customer classifications through acquisition of new customers, Development of existing customers, Improvement of revenue quality to obtain selling the full range of TNT products and solutions.
Requirements:
Hold bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years sales experience, proven track in achieving sales target, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office. This position required jobholder must have driving license and own car.
Tax Manager

Responsibilities:
Report directly to Senior Accounting Manager. This position is responsible to prepare, coordinate, maintain and perform all financial transactions and records related to Tax to ensure company policies are met with local Tax Regulations, to monitor timely payment & report submission for Withholding Tax, to review reconciliation between SAP, monthly/annual tax report, and review journal prepared to adjust the difference or variance as the result from tax reconciliations, to find solutions to minimize Tax Liabilities without breach the Law (Tax Planning) and liaise with Tax Office and with Head & Regional Group Tax Department.
Requirements:
Hold minimum bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years working experience in tax consultant and minimum of 2 years experience in managerial level, good people management with motivational abilities, having knowledge in handling tax audits and objections, good verbal and written English skills, familiar with SAP and Indonesia Tax system.
