PT Astra International Tbk ("Astra or Company") was founded in 1957 as a general trading company based in Jakarta, Indonesia and was initially involved in agricultural trade. Human Resources Analyst (Executive Management)
Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable universities.
  • 2 – 4 years  of experience in handling several  HR Functions  (Reruitment Process, Man Power Regulation, People Development, Performance & Reward Management).
  • Deep knowledge in Compensation & Benefit system. 
  • Broad knowledge of several HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Have a excellent knowledge of organization systems and processes
  • Excellent analytical,conceptual, and administrative skills
  • Self Confident and good communication skill in dealing with Senior management


Job Resposibilities:

  • Responsible in performance & reward management

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable universities
  • At least 5 years of working experience related with  IT  contract management
  • Knowledge of contracting concepts and contract acquisition law and regulations
  • Broad knowledge and network of IT Devices and Services vendors
  • Ability in using Excel Macro
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Manage all IT contracts and term & conditions
  • Negotiation with vendors
  • Sourcing IT Devices & Services
  • Day to day procurement follow up
  • Analyze pricing & TCO


ASSET MANAGER
Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable universities
  • Min. 5 years of experience in IT asset management
  • Good ability in creating asset management improvement process continuously
  • Broad knowledge and high interest of technology development
  • Able to use Excel Macro


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all IT assets
  • Ensure accuracy in data assets
  • Day to day assets management follow up


Industrial Relation
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain networking and good relation with labor institution and labor union
  • Monitor Industrial Relation at affiliate corporate
  • Implement aspects of industrial relation
  • Improve tools and infrastructure of industrial relation
  • Requirements:
  • Having at least 3 years experience in Human Resource Area, especially Industrial Relation
  • Having minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology, Law or Economics
  • Having good understanding about Labor Regulation
  • Having others non technical competencies, such as: leadership, teamwork, multitasking, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficient in oral and written English


Human Resource - Performance Management
Responsibilities:

  • Supporting company in creating and developing Performance Management System.
  • Helping company leaders measuring, implementing and monitoring the system.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
  • Having 3 years experiences handling performance management
  • Having a good conceptual thinking as well as operational excellence
  • Having a good interpersonal skill and communication skill
  • Understanding multi finance business process


CORPORATE LEGAL & SECRETARY MANAGER
Responsibilities :

  • Liaise with Directors, Commissioners and Shareholders of the company and affiliates
  • Liaise with any parties in preparing draft contract which activites also includes negotiation on the terms and conditions
  • Draft, prepare, and review legal aspect of company contract and partnership.
  • Support affiliated companies in Legal Aspect
  • Other legal related activities : update on current regulations, legal advisories, etc


Requirements :

  • Male/ Female
  • Age 30 – 35 years old
  • Hold S1 Degree majoring in Law (Perdata)
  • Having working experience min. 3 years in Legal Aspects
  • Experience in infrastructure business or companies : Oil & Gas, Toll, Power, Water Supply, etc
  • Having good understanding on government regulation related to infrastructure sector
  • Familiar with due diligence process
  • Excellent command in English both oral and written, and exhibit high level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Unyielding commitment to integrity

  • Confidence to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality

  • Developing management mechanism in the finances department for purposes of minimizing the financial risks
  • Managing the accounting and monitoring systems for the company’s finances

  • Managing the firm’s budgets

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable university.

IT INTERNAL AUDIT

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from reputable universities
  • Having 3 years of experience as IT Auditor
  • Certified CISA would be an advantage
  • Good analytical thingking, able to work within tight deadline, and good interpersonal skill
