Responsibilities:
- Issuing policy marine cargo (input necessary document from clients, input to system e-cargo, policy print).
- Making BPS (Bussiness Progress System) to making premium invoice for clients.
- Filling data technic marketing.
- Correspondence with clients and Insurance Company.
Requirements:
- Female Max. 27 year old (Level Staff or Fresh Graduates)
- Experience in Insurance Industry more preferred
- Neat, meticulous, and hard working
- Able to speak English or Japanese would be advantage
- Have good communication
- Self initiative and motivated in their duties with high responsibility
- Strong personality, very creatice and proactive
- Quick respose and service orientation to customer satisfaction
Marketing Administration

Responsibilities:
- Issue invoice, tax, debit note, credit note, PO, tracking, etc.
- Familiar with SAP to do every daily routine job.
- Good at using Excel software.
- Detail-oriented doing administration job.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jenderal Sudirman.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Administrative Support or equivalent in Trading Company.
