Position description

  • Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing & Communications, the person will be responsible for providing the full range of corporate communications, branding and reputation management to the company. He/she will have to plan and implement communication strategies and programs in order to enhance the company’s reputation and positive brand image

Job Description :

  • Responsible for providing the full range of corporate communications and branding to the Company
  • Design media publicity plans for product/service launches and to build constructive relationships with corporate media
  • Develop public affairs and publicity programs on corporate social responsibility, crisis management and brand building
  • Develop strategy to enhance the company’s positive brand image through various activities such as event management, sponsorship and education

Job Responsibilities:

  • Public Relations. To plan and implement communication programmes, media and public relations inc media relations strategies for both internal and external audiences. Should also conduct the management of company’s data to support documents for stakeholders. This function also requires the person to take strategic action towards maintaining corporate reputation
  • Brand management. To manage and execute branding and visibility strategies through above and below the line activities. The person should also ensure consistency of corporate brand according to brand standard manuals for all internal and external marketing & corporate communications materials
  • Marketing Communications. To plan and organize activities related to marketing communications collaterals development and production that may support both corporate and business needs. In addition, the function should ensure media effectiveness and brand strategies are regularly reviewed. It includes providing the brief to internal creative advertising team or third parties, reviewing and monitoring their works such as creative designers and production houses
  • Corporate Social Responsibility. Handling and monitoring the execution and implementation corporate social responsibility program included promoting the program internally and externally i.e. through media and other means of communications to support corporate image building and branding development. This function will support to build and develop CSR awareness of the internal and external audience by organizing CSR events with clear theme and focus


  • Having at least 5 years solid experience in Corporate Marketing & Communications, preferably in financial services industry
  • Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Business management or related disciplines
  • Experience in handling media relations by having good contact with the media
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and computer literate
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
