JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Store Manager oversees all aspects of the store operations, supervises the store associates, manages inventory, merchandising activities and promotes Super Indo to his or her customers and community. The main target for a Store Manager is to maximize sales and profits of the store. The Store Manager ensures that all standard operating practices and customer care activities are implemented.
ACTIVITIES
- Managing and motivating a team of approximately 50 store associates, overseeing all the day-to-day processes that are carried out in the store
- Implement the company initiatives to increase sales and efficiency
- Implementing the company standards for quality, food safety and customer service
- Conducting regular appraisals and performance reviews to improve the skills of the store associates
- Understanding and anticipating the customer expectations for the daily food shopping needs

JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Area Manager oversees multiple stores in a specific region. The main target for an Area Manager is to maximize profits whilst minimizing costs. The Area Manager travels around to all stores in his or her assigned area and ensures that all standard operating practices are implemented. He or She ensures that all promotional programs, operational – and customer care standards are met.
