Mediation & Recharge Officer
Reporting to Manager – IT BSS Development, your main responsibilities are:
Building and deploy application to support new business, process required by other business (CLM, MDS, Marketing, Channel, etc)
Perform 2nd level support for any problem and escalated to higher superior for any critical matter
Manage day to day activities to ensure system run smooth to support business operation
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Information System
- Good understanding of UNIX & PL/SQL
- Knowledge in Billing system
- Knowledge in develop system
- Ability to work in a team and as individual, with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Having 2 years experience in Telco with at least 1 year in Billing operation/process will be advantage, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Sofware Test Engineer
Reporting to Manager –System Engineering, your main responsibilities are:
“Break” the new software applications and finding defects, bugs or flaws in early stage to determined that it meets business requirements
Defines test cases and conducts execution according to the given requirements of the customer. Produces process-based testing documentation.
Do functional, non-functional and business testing for all applications develop by development team and vendors
Reports the progress of his/her work to project management/line organization. Does test planning and test result analyzing/reporting.
Manages the defect database and work closely with development team
Requirements:
- University degree in Information System or related fields
- Knowledge in application development and software development process
- Knowledge in Unix, database, Programming languages: Shell Scripting, Java, .Net, ASP, J2EE, etc.
- Good understanding of the business approach
- Ability to work in a team and as individual, with minimum supervision
- Good writing skills (for documenting the process)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Having 2-3 years experience in IT, preferably has been working as software developer, will be advantage, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
