TorishimaGuna is an Indonesian joint venture between Torishima Pump Mfg. Co. Ltd. of Japan and PT Guna Elektro of Indonesia. TorishimaGuna is a group of three companies : PT. Torishima Guna Indonesia as a pump manufacture, PT. Geteka Founindo as a ferrous and non-ferrous foundry and PT. Torishima Guna Engineering as an engineering services company.
At TorishimaGuna we design and engineer all types of pump systems and other related equipment for our customers. Our major competitive advantage is that we can call on the wealth of pump systems and engineering experience of our two principals. Although we specialize in pumps and systems engineering, our competencies cover a rapidly increasing range of disciplines geared to meet the varying needs of our customers.

Engineering

Requirements:
- Hold min D3 graduate from Polman Swiss (pattern foundry) / Polytechnic with one year experience in foundry
- Bachelor degree in Metallurgy with experience in foundry and casting
- Responsible for planning, controlling and developing the product.
- Decide productive life of a tested product
- Conduct quality improvement continuously
- Decide substitution of raw material for cost efficiency
- Supervise new product testing
- Checking the result of new product testing
- Make annual and monthly schedule for product testing
- Make check sheet for pattern and casting inspection.
- Fill the inquiry and check the drawing specification.
- Do the new product trial
- Analyze the trial process result.
- Check casting dimension and abnormality.
- Check the process.
Estimator

Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Engineering
- Previous experience as Estimator in Oil & Gas projects or Pump and related projects
- Good knowledge in Oil & Gas service and rotating equipments
- Minimum 5 years experience as Estimator
Sales Engineer
(Jakarta or Surabaya)
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities
- Good knowledge about pumps and its application
- Experience in biding/tender process will be a good advantage
- Experience in sales & marketing minimum 2 years
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Willing to be place in Jakarta or Surabaya
Sr Manager Project

Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor Degree from reputable universities majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Manage all activities related to the successful of the project and deliver appropriate HSE agenda
- Manage project manager including project engineer
- Reporting to the director for all projects ongoing.
- Cooperation with finance manager due to support the project through cash flow (cash in - cash out)
- Coordination with Sales and engineering (Bus.Dev) prepare incoming (new) project
- Excellent time management skills, including planning and organizing
- Problem solving capabilities

Project Manager

- At least 9 (nine) years experience in handling M & E works in a project.

- Coordination between project engineer
- Cooperation with engineer (Bus.Dev) and coordinate engineering in delivery dept.
- Cooperation with procurement for supporting (in-time) delivery all goods related to the project
- Arrange good communication with all: owner, end user, consultant, main contractor and vendors.
- Excellent time management skills, including planning and organizing
- Problem solving capabilities

Project Engineer

- At least 6 (six) years experience in handling M & E works in a project.
- Manager all activities related to the successful of the project and deliver appropriate HSE agenda.
- Manage project as contract with owner and consultant
- Manage all activities start from shop drawing until test commissioning
- Manage delivery as time scheduled
- Coordination with internal TGE, subcontractor, vendor expert and main contractor
- Manage cost following approval budget
- Able to communicate effectively both in speaking and writing
- Draw with software auto cad is advantage pump knowledge is a must physically (health) must be prima.
Procurement Supervisor

Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities
- A minimum 5 years working experience is required for this position
- Must have previous experience in workshop/trading or engineering companies
- Strong experience in vendor selection, RFQ, technical check, negotiation and purchasing
- Previsous experience in tender/biding process will be a good asset
- Good networking and has vendor list both local and international
- Good knowledge in custom clearance, tax and banking process
- Good communication skills and team player
HR Admin

Cost Accountant

Requirements:
- Construct data accumulation systems for a cost accounting system
- Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems
- Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues
- Update standard costs in the bill of materials
- Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
- Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close
- Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles
- Work with the materials review board to locate and dispose of obsolete inventory
- Conduct ongoing process constraint analyses
- Report on breakeven points by products, work centers, and factories
- Report on margins by product and division
- Report on periodic variances and their causes, focusing in particular on spending variances
- Analyze capital budgeting requests
- Perform cost accumulation tasks as a member of the target costing group

QC Supervisor

Requirements:
- Hold D3 graduate from Polman Swiss (pattern foundry) / Polytechnic with one year experience in foundry
- Bachelor degree in Metallurgy with experience in QC for foundry and casting
- Coordinate and supervise the checking and testing of a product to be alligned with the requirements.
- Responsible for the quality of a product which is going to be delivered
- Coordinate and supervise the staffs
- Check return product
- Evaluate the tools used to do the QC jobs
- Evaluate the safety of the workers and the safety of the process
- Undergo visual check after shortblasting process
- Undergo visual and dimension check after finishing process
- Do the necessary welding and check the result.
- Make weekly and monthly report about the quality of the product
