Packaging Assistant Manager: Responsibilities include: Process and efficiency improvement ideas, monitoring and problem solving, input into planning, set process schedule and operator assignment, maintaining cGMP, document review, update and issuing
Your qualifications: University graduate (industrial management/pharmacy degree being an advantage but not essential). You should have a minimum of five years experience in the healthcare industry and a minimum of three years experience at production/packaging supervisory level. The position requires somebody who is assertive, possess good time management, has sound analytical problem solving, forward planning and excellent interpersonal skill. Communication skills in both Indonesian and English are essential.
Warehouse Foreman
Warehouse Foreman:
Responsibilities include: monitor outstanding sales orders, plan product/pallet picking and arrange deliveries. Load/unload product, pack and label pallet according to customer and country requirement. Prepare document for deliveries, both for local and export market. Record all warehouse transaction in a timely manner to ensure accurate stock data. Make sure, that warehouse activities are conducted in respect of the standard operating procedure and Good Manufacturing Practice. Manage subordinates and plan their activity. Solving problem and finding improvement idea.
Your qualifications: Having minimum Diploma degree majoring in Engineering, IT or Management with minimum of 5 (five) years experience in warehouse operation and 2 (two) years experience as foreman/supervisor in the healthcare, fast moving consumer good or food industry. The candidate must have knowledge in MS Office and IT System, able to drive forklift and have a valid forklift driving license, good in spoken and written English. He must have a strong drive with high integrity, open minded, fast learner and have a good communication and interpersonal skills.
