QHSE Officer

Responsibilities:
Job Summary
- He/She will responsible for the implementation and control of quality and occupational safety & health in project site (warehouses).
Duties & Job Function
- Ensure the preparation of pre-established and systematic working methods within the Organization to meet the QHSE requirements as specified in the company requirements, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 standard
- Maintain documented QHSE Management System and documentation
- Ensure that the QHSE procedures are well understood and effectively implemented at warehouses.
- Carry out Internal Audit, Self Assessment and relevant inspection at warehouses, and follow up the control measures as the result of assessment.
- Provide Training to respective employees on the QHSE awareness and implementation
- Report on the performance status of QHSE Management System and KPI to Senior Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring in Occupational Safety & Health, environmental and etc.
- Preferable fresh graduate or having 1 to 2 years experience in same field
- Familiar with OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 9001:2008
- Fluently in English
Recruitment Supervisor

- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals.
- Conduct interview and responsibility for all resourcing and selection processes.
Requirements:
- Has minimum S1 (Bachelor) degree of psychology
- At least 3 years experience in similar position
- Have knowledge of selection process, interview and competencies.
- Able to analyze requirements of vacant positions.
- Strong analytical skill
- Possess solid computer skills, with working knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficiency in English, verbal and written.
