PT Geoservices, a company in energy service industry is seeking result and customer oriented applicants to fill the following positions:

Field Engineer (FE)
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

  • Male, max 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
  • Cumputer literate, minimum Ms Office
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship skills and analytical thinking
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision as well as in a team
  • High customer orientation
  • Experience in oil and gas company is an advantage
  • Basic Sea Survival & Fire Fighting certificate holder is much preferable
  • Willing to travel in a high frequency


Recruitment & OD Officer (ROD)
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology or profession of Psychology
  • Having 2 (two) years HR related work experience
  • Having good skills in Psychological Test and Behavioral Event Interview
  • Experience in recruiting, developing and maintaining candidate database, job analysis, job evaluation, training, organizing annual Employee Performance Evaluation
  • Having good knowledge of Government Labor Regulation
  • Good command of English both oral & written
