Assistant Sales Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Create annual sales target report and monitor the realization
- Provide true and accurate sales and inventory report to the management
- Meeting with prospective customer and existing customers to increase market share and to maintain good relationship and obtain insight
- Maximize the revenue by evaluating the supply and demand of the market and come up with proper pricing
- Motivate and train the subordinates
Requirements:
- Having min 3 years experience in Plastic/Resin Trading & Distribution Company
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any discipline from reputable University
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Age max 40 years old
- Proficiency in oral and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Having good leadership skills and Good Presentation & Communication skills
- Willing to travel
