PT XL Axiata Tbk. ('XL') was established on 8 October 1989, under the name PT Grahametropolitan Lestari. Its main business was in trading and general services.

Retail Management (RM)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Building scale, commitment to traditional retail to selling MDS, as well as Expand XL MDS presence in traditional outlet - retail outlet
  • Increase retail outlet advocacies & visibility for blackberry,broadband and mobile internet through sales planning to fulfill market demand
  • Ritel outlet productivity performance
  • Supporting blackberry & HP bundling activities from Non Trad project / program to be effective at retail / outlet level
  • Create new program retail for generate sales activity

Requirements:

  • Computer & English fluently
  • Min 3 years experience in Supply chain & retail management
  • Knowledge on IT or telecommunication more preferable
  • Negotiation skill
  • Marketing, sales distribution certification


Revenue Assurance Officer (RAO)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the assurance of completeness of events that are chargeable to a customer/partner in Interconnect, Mobile Data Services, National Roaming-Billing revenue-stream
  • Supervise the assurance of accuracy of events that are chargeable to a customer/partner in Interconnect, Mobile Data Services, National Roaming - Billing revenue-stream process
  • Organize control-point execution on Interconnect, MDS, National Roaming-Billing revenue-stream process
  • Investigate, identify, analyze and resolve the root cause of revenue leakage/loss
  • Compile monthly "revenue leakage" reports
  • Continuously keep abreast with latest development in telecommunication technology
  • Supervise the execution & operation of REVA tools

Requirements:

  • Graduate from reputable university, majoring in information technology with min. GPA 3.25
  • Min 2 years experience from related field, preferably in application development or IT audit
  • Advance in text programming using PERL, C, Java.
  • Advance in ORACLE database
  • Possess good sense of audit and strong analysis
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Fast learner and a team player
