Quality Manufacturing
The fascinating challenge of manufacturing a bike is to design that one bike that can cater the specific needs of individual but also to bring out the best riding experience. Our product development engineers are bike freaks who shared their passion for riding and over the years have developed a series of bikes that can be pushed to its boundary limit, thanks to our broad exchange of information and experiences with our partners in development, marketing and sporting at the highest level that we are able to feature our exciting products.
Our handmade production process combined with utilization of high-tech know-how and high-quality materials through a step by step manual assembly operation are the painstaking efforts that give Polygon the quality, technology and style that is recognized worldwide.
Our Rider Inspired R&D
Polygon plays a leading role in the world of competitive cycling throughout Asia and actively cooperates with professional athletes to improve product performance and development. Working with selected athletes and teams, the product team at Polygon is able to develop and improve bikes based on hands-on field testing and actual data gathering.
In 1998, Polygon officially sponsored a professional cycling team – Polygon Sweet Nice (PSN). Polygon Sweet Nice is acknowledged as UCI-ranked Continental team and regularly competes in UCI races all around Asia. Polygon athletes not only excel in road but also in many cycling arenas, including Downhill, XC and other cycling discipline where most of the athletes are now a regular in their national team competing in international games such as Asian Games, SEA Games, and Olympics.

MERCHANDISING MANANGER (MM)
Responsibility :
- He/She is responsible to plan and implement the selection and development of assortments to ensure maximum sales value, profit margin, inventory turn-over; work closely with outlet operation and marketing department to optimizing retail business; dealing with suppliers and negotiating for the best profitability of the company.
Requirements :
- Male / Female between 25-35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major (Master Degree Business/Marketing/Engineering is preferable)
- Has no less than 3 year experience as a merchandise manager in retail industry with deep knowledge in merchandising management
- Has own transportation
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Computer literate is a must
- Good interpersonal relationship skills with teamwork attitude
- Dynamic, creative, commercial acumen, organizes, and possess strong problem solving skills
- Have a good analytical skills and business sense
- Attention to detail and trustworthy with pleasant personality
- Able to negotiate and communicate with both local and overseas vendor
- Able to work under pressure with flexible working hours
- Willing to travel intensively
MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER (MCM)
Responsibility :
- He/She is responsible to supervise the branding and merchandising of products in retail stores. As a marketing communication manager, you would develop displays, distribute merchandise, create marketing strategies and manage customer accounts. This position requires knowledge of branding, marketing and advertising techniques.
Requirements :
- Male / Female between 25 – 35 Years Old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major (Master Degree in Business/Marketing/Communication is preferable)
- Has no less than 3 year experience as a marketing communication manager in retail industry
- Experience to handle retail business and brand/store development
- Understand of retail marketing in particular the drivers of shopping experiences
- Familiar in project and budget management
- Has own transportation
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Computer literate is a must
- Good interpersonal relationship skills with teamwork attitude
- Dynamic, smart, creative, commercial acumen, organizes, and possess strong problem solving skills
- Have a good analytical skills and business sense
- Attention to detail and trustworthy with pleasant personality
- Able to negotiate and communicate with third party
- Able to work under pressure with flexible working hours
- Willing to travel intensively
