Process Standardization & Operations Support
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- To provides first line support to the Best-Users/End-Users in case of troubleshooting and functional knowledge shortcomings, inform/escalate any technical problem to IT helpdesk when necessary, inform to the superior and follow up.
- To provides initial and follow-up training for Best-Users, End-Users of all CT Business IT-applications (LOGIS, Local Applications & DHLi)
- To plan, assist and perform yearly training programme for staff to be trained in close cooperation with related department.
- To establish, maintain & update Training Material for the application related to LOGIS, Local Applications & DHLi and ensure for the currency.
- To verifies regularly the IT knowledge of Best-Users, End Users and that working procedures are respected, also for the ASM implementation and to ensure that root causes are identified and corrective & preventive actions are taken to improve the performance
- Is responsible to collect and analyze all IT application change requests and transmit them properly documented to local IT for country specific application and regional PM organization for group application, informed, implement and managed
- To Distribute Operational communication (ASM – All Station Message) to all related parties within DGF and make sure the implementation in coordination with Quality Supervisor
- To Establish standard process documentation & best practices as input for NFE (New Forwarding Environment).
- Ensuring timely and correct reporting, pertaining to all related Quality & Environmental reporting such as Customer Complaint reports, regional reporting, compliance reporting, Document Release, etc
- Process Improvement Project & Maintenance
- Assist Quality & Business Process Activities/Tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/Female, min. D3
- 3 Years working experience and understand forwarding and logistics process
- Good knowledge in Excel Formula is advantage
- Good skills in presentation, writing documentation and reporting
- Analytical skills, problem solving and strong implementation abilities
- Independent, self motivated, initiative, outgoing, open personality and proactive
- Must be able to speak and write fluently in English
- Willing to work overtime when required
