The Decision of the change in the Company’s entire Articles of Association was put forth into Deed of Notary Ny. Poerbaningsih Adi Warsito SH. No. 27 dated 12 September 2007. These amendments have been approved by the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. W7-10487 HT.01.04- TH.2007 dated 21 September 2007. According to Article 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the aims and purposes of the Company’s activities are to engage in performing and assisting the Government’s programs and policies in the sector of economy as well as in national development in general, especially in the development of toll roads and all their supporting facilities while complying to the principles of limited liability company.
For the above aims and purposes, the Company does the following activities:
• Performs technical planning, construction, operation and/or maintenance of toll roads;
• Maximize the land in toll road area and in border area for rest and service areas along with the
facilities and other businesses, either solely or in cooperation with other parties; and
• Performs other activities and business in order to make use of and develop its resources either
directly or by means of investment, while complying with the rules and regulations.
