Requirements:

  • Graduated from Secretarial Academy
  • At least 3 (three) years of experience in administrative & secretarial fields
  • Able to write and speak English fluently additional other foreign langguage is an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and others supporting softwares application would be an advantage
  • Excellent skills in handling schedule and administrative documentation.
  • Proficient in English is a must

HR Manager Factory [code: HRF]
Bogor (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:

  • Manage all of HR functions in the plant.
  • To perform, implement, monitor, and evaluate periodically the HR policy and procedure.
  • Handles various industrial relations related work
  • Ensure that buyer's compliance standard and policy is implemented and run in all aspects of manufacturing process
  • Maintain good relations with all stakeholders in HR related area.


Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law from reputable university.
  • Minimum eight years working experience in HR field and at least 3 (three) years as HR Manager in labor intensive manufacturing industry
  • Well-versed in Indonesia Labor Act or Manpower regulation, competent in handling employee relation issues (employee cases, contracts, etc), and experience in handling compliance at manufacture.
  • Able to develop good industrial relation with government officers such as Kemnakertrans, Police Dept., and Jamsostek
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Good command in English
  • Willing to be located in West Java area
