Business Process Officer (BPO)
(Jawa Timur - Malang)
Responsibilities:

  • This position provides a corporate resource to departments, helping them to plan and execute business process improvements involving the creation or procurement of information systems.
  • Analyzes findings from requirements sessions to create specifications for business process and systems design. This involves creating formal models of business processes, the data needed to support them and the information needed by management and other stakeholders. The position explains and summarizes the findings in requirements documents and other technical papers.
  • Determines and documents how systems contribute to the client’s business objectives and develops business cases to support approval of the project.
  • Summarizes and explains stakeholder issues and needs to decision makers at all levels of management, writes executive briefings and planning documents and gives presentations before management committees

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field (Prefer in majoring Industrial Engineering)
  • At least 2 years of working experience in business process development or quality management system
  • Sound knowledge of SOP documentation, program flowchart, and improvement methodology
  • Excellent relationship development and communication skills along with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Good command in English, both written and spoken


Building Maintenance Staff (BMS)
(Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

  • Building Maintenance Staff coordinate and manage who repair and maintain buildings and facilities. They prepare work schedules, assign work, and inspect work performed. They scheduling, and job performance evaluations for maintenance. They provide technical knowledge and skills for maintenance projects and assist when needed. They also answer questions and provide information related to projects, including resolving complaints and approving expenditures.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. Job role in Building/Facilities Maintenance or Management.
  • Supervising the by determining workloads and schedules
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Evaluating staff and making hiring or termination recommendations
  • Negotiating contracts and inspecting a contractor’s work to ensure that safe work practices and operating procedures have been followed
  • Performing a variety of field maintenance tasks, depending on experience and level of certification
