Responsibilities :
1 Protocol
Correspondence (Diplomatic Note) with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2 Procurement
Selling-purchasing-insurance for Embassy's vehicles
3 Consular
* Accepting & processing visa application
* Maintain weekly, monthly, and yearly visa report
(and from the Royal Thai Consulates in Medan, Surabaya, and Denpasar)
4 Additional Duties as requested by the Embassy
Requirements :
- Preferably Male
- Min. Bachelor Degree from any diciplines
- Excellent in English, both written and oral
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to learn
- Can work without and/or under minimum supervision
- Able to work in details & in a team-work
