ODP is a program that offers accelerated career for you, sons and daughters who have the potential and ambition. Following intensive training and development program for 12 months, you will then be assigned as Assistant Manager in SME & Commercial units, which exist in the network of regional branches of BII in East Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara to later be developed into future leaders in the future BII .
