Legal Officer
Duties:

  • Provide legal advisory and interpretation services to the management and Board to ensure statutory compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare legal opinions and advising the management on general issues that may arise from time to time
  • Provide advice on any litigations affecting
  • Provide legal advisory and interpretation services to the management on various aspects on the existing law and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare policy papers and instruments, which have legal implications for consideration by appropriate authorities
  • Review and advice on MOUs between the company and other organizations including donors
  • Follow-up and update management on court matters and attending court hearings for and on behalf of the company
  • Review and vet Loan Offer letters, agreements, security and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal compliance checks prior to disbursement of approved credit facilities to ensure legal documentations are in compliance with statutory requirements
  • Liaise with external lawyers to ensure agreements and legal documents are promptly acted upon
  • Recommend cases for write off where recovery through litigation has proved futile
  • Provide legal advice on creation of new products
  • Review the Financing agreements between the Business Services Department, Consultants and other parties
  • Knowledge
  • The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
  • An understanding of regulatory by laws legislation, policies procedures and rules
  • Knowledge of public education and awareness programs concerning By-Law
  • Knowledge of court processes and procedures

Required skills and competencies:

  • Substantive knowledge of the legal and institutional human rights framework
  • Excellent legal analysis and drafting skills
  • Very good knowledge of international refugee law is desirable


Admin Assistant Brand

  • Responsible for the formulation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy for a broad portfolio of brands.
  • Plan and execute integrated brand marketing campaign plans, including segmentation, vehicle and media mix recommendation and execution, timing and forecast of results.
  • Project manage marketing campaigns from inception to optimization which can include Status reporting, Developing and monitoring a follow-up schedule taking into account the use of other departments – CSR&Product Management, Campaign set-up in various marketing systems and tools, Management of assigned, project related budgets, Development program testing mechanisms to track success/failure of campaigns and help develop strategies of best practices

Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, and Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Brand Management or Business Development.
  • Track record of success in managing multiple complex projects at the same time
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Exceptional creative skills. Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and Detail oriented
  • Team player also A personable and professional attitude



Finance Officer
This position responsible to preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, preparing the payroll and personnel administration, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operation.
Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting  or equivalent. 
  • Job role in Financial Accounting & Reporting or equivalent.
