PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk is an international Liquid Cargo Shipping Company, established in 1981, with operations primarily throughout Asia and the Middle East, as well as Europe. The Company is operating 91 tankers with total tonnage of more than 2.08 million DWT and is the largest provider of seaborne transportation of liquid cargoes in Indonesia, one of the largest in the intra-Asian chemical tanker segment, both by tonnage and by number of vessels, and has the third largest sub-20,000 DWT chemical tanker fleet globally.

In 1990, the Company became the first shipping company in Indonesia that listed its shares on Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange. Organization Development Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Monitoring competencies development program & activities implementation
• Monitoring performance management & system development
• Competency profiling and managing employee competency
• Preparing and updating job description, job specification and job evaluation
• Preparing and updating SOP, HR policy, and HRIS development
• Preparing and updating organization structures

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Human Resource/Management (preferably S2 in HR/Management)
• Min. 1 years experience in similar position
• Proficiency in English both oral and written
• Good writing skill
• Proactive
• Strong analytical thinking & logical thinking
• Broad knowledge and understanding or HR issued especially in learning development and competency profile

Legal Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Reviewing agreement
• Legal drafting
• Preparing all legal document for company purposes
• Handling and following up all claims
• Handling claim reports, analyze and record it timely and accurately
• Compiling and maintaining documentation system
• Administrating all legal activities
• Processing company’s permits

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree majoring Law from reputable university
• Minimal one year experience in relevant field
• Strong analytical skill
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in english both oral and written
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work individual as well as in team
• Shipping knowledge is an advantage
• 2 Full-Time positions available.

Operation Officer - Merak
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Monitoring vessel operation
• Dealing with port agent
• Handling vessel documents
• Ensuring transportation timeliness
• Conducting regular visits to agents and ships

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma from Maritime Academy
• Min. 1year experience in similar position
• Age between 23 – 30 years old
• Proficiency in English both oral and written
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good analytical thinking
• Detail oriented & well organized
• High driven, self motivated and proactive
• Willing to be placed at Merak

HSE Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the implementation of the Offshore Dept. Operations Safety Health and Environment Management System in accordance with Company’s Policy
• Providing safety, health and enviromental advice and assistance to the Offshore dept
• Providing auditing function for internal and external audits on contractor
• Developing and implementing the annual training plan
• Providing hse components to overall technical integrity of the facility
• Ensuring the compliance of HSE system and procedure

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma Majoring Occupational Health and Safety
• Age 24 - 40 years
• Min. four year experiences as HSE Officer in Oil &Gas Company
• Hold K3 Certificate issued by MIGAS
• Strong leadership
• Having broad Knowledge of Safety, Health and Environmental standards applicable to the industry, including Government of Indonesia  & International Regulations.
• Proficiency in English both oral and written
• Computer literary
• Detail oriented & well organized
