MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MRDP)
Requirements:
- Male/Female, single, age not more than 27 years old.
- Fresh graduate from D3 – Biology, Pharmacy, or Public Health/S1 any major from reputable University (with min. GPA 2,75).
- Energetic outgoing personality, highly motivated and possess a strong drive to succeed in a challenging sales objectives, excellent communication skills with customer focus objectives.
- Willing to be assigned around Indonesia and having driving license (SIM C).
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and good proficiency in English will be an advantage.
Successful candidates will be trained in Sales aspects as full time Permanent Employment – 4 months contract during the program as trainee, assigned for Medical Representative Position, and a permanent position after successful completion of the program with/without probation period. All candidates are expected to give their best performance.
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM)
Responsibilities:
- To plan, organize direct and control sales, distribution and customer relations management activities of designated region (West Java, Central Java, Sumatera) within company strategy and business conduct / professional ethics with the objectives to achieve designated region sales target and increase field force productivity.
Requirements:
- Female/male, age max. 40 years old, min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University with any discipline with GPA min. 2.75
- Preferably having min. 5 year experience working as District Sales Manager or 3 year experience as Regional Sales Manager in Pharmaceutical company background.
- Self driven, Result oriented, autonomous, analytic and creative attitude, excellent communication skills (orally and written), ability to handle high workload, can tolerate stress and good organizational skills.
- Average English proficiency (written/verbal) and strong Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Placement in Jakarta (Head Office)
