FINANCIAL REPORTING & PLANNING MANAGER
Report to: Controlling Director
Role & Responsibility:
- Financial reporting of all activities of Carrefour Indonesia to the holding (via Hyperion tool and presentations ) and to internal stakeholders
- Analyzing of the performance & budget
- Participation in the action-plans to improve sales efficiency or business profitability
- Animation of the forecasting & budgeting
- Participation in the Financial Communication and the Strategic Plan of the Country
- Financial Reporting & Planning Manager is supported by 3 dedicated Controlling Departments: Commercial Controling (Merchandise+Marketing+Supply Chain), Operation Controlling (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets sales channels) and Back-Office Controlling (Head Office, Asset & Expansion, Shopping Malls)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy from reputable University.
- 6-10 years experience in financial reporting in a fast-moving consumer goods industry, financial management, financial controlling, analysis of the performance, budgeting & planning,
- Good knowledge of financial processes and Financial ERP
- Familiar with MS.Excel, hyperion/Cognos/or Business objects is preferable
- Good Analytical & Team management
IT Itinerant - BATAM
Responsibilities
- To support all IT progress
- To solve all IT system related problem at all stores and head office
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Required skill(s) : familiar with linux familiar with windows and hp-ux, knowledge on troubleshooting, knowledge on installation and networking, have skill on software and hardware
- English active
- At least 1 (one) year of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
- 20 – 30 years old
- Good communication skill and fast learner
- Willing to be located at Batam
- For IT Store : willing to be located at stores and work on weekend
- Full-Time positions available
IMPORT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing import, and registering import product to BPOM
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, France is preferable
- Min 2 years experienced in handling import or related field is required for this position.
- Good relation ship with BPOM Officer, especially the ones for import products registration is preferable
- Computer literacy
- Good Communication & interpersonal skill
- Ability to multi-task and high independent
- Detail & process oriented & Excellent time management
