Mortage Specialist - Jakarta

Responsibility:

• The jobholder is responsible to provide support to sales channels and generate the revenues from Mortgage business to ensure achievement of sales/revenue targets

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
• Experience in selling mortgage for at least 3 years (previous experience in the secondary market is more preferred)
• Experience in leading a team
• Experience dealing with property agency and understands the property market
• Fast knowledge of Banking product
• Excellent communication skill for both English and Indonesian (oral and written) and above average presentation skills
• Computer literate, target oriented, willing to learn, and good interpersonal skill

Staff Reconciliation

Responsibility:

• The Job holder is responsible of reconciliation and monitoring of suspense account (credit card transaction), payment process of Rewards and prepare Surprise and Monthly balancing within the deadline

Requirements:

• Having accounting  background
• Familiar with bank reconciliation matter

• Able to operate MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access.

AVP Transactional & Operational Taxes
(Code : JS AVP T & OT - SUP 11)

Responsibility:

• The Job holder is responsible for Transactional and Operational Taxes for HSBC Indonesia as well as manage tax output and ensure the delivery of a professional, effective and responsive tax  service at optimal cost.  S/he will create, develop, and execute tax strategies and policies and also implement Global Tax strategies as well as ensuring operational taxes compliance.  This person will advise business on tax exposures and tax effective approach of business and operations.

Requirements:

• Subject matter expertise in law and tax. Understands and anticipates implications from tax laws to business.
• Keep abreast of latest changes and evolvement of tax and legislations and anticipative of impacts to the Bank.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate the case for risk management in the language of business.
• Experience of working with regulators and effectively maintain a positive relationship and ability to influence.
• Experience of creating, developing and leading a sizeable team. Strong leadership and management ability, developing and motivating employees.
• Ability to make robust/tough decisions which may be contrary to the business wishes and ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Demonstrated ability to assess Risk trends, both internally and externally.

Premier Banking Staff

Responsibility:

• The job holder is responsible to acquire new Premier customers and sell wealth management products in order to contribute to the growing consumer banking business. As a Premier Banking Specialist, you will be equipped with intensive development training to perform your role. You will represent HSBC in dealing with premier segment customers. You will be paired with mentor to groom you in developing network and relationship with prospective customers, colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
• Has a minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in retail sales function at banking or financial institution (preferably wealth management business)
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Possess General Banking knowledge.

Relationship Officer Amanah

Responsibility:

• The job holder is responsible to establish and grow Amanah business by cross-selling Amanah banking products offered to high-end customers.

Requirements:

• Has a minimum of 1 year working experience in sales and/or service activities in the area of Financial Institution or Banking Industry, preferrably in Syariah Institution.
• Has a strong passion in selling activities, excellent interpersonal skills with service culture and ability to work with a team.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity.
