- Minimum education S-1, all majors
- 3:00 a minimum GPA of PTN / PTS Famous
- Work Experience Minimum 3 years working in the same position in the company's Life Insurance
- Technical Skills:
- Computer literate with MS programs. Office & Internet
- Ms. usage capabilities. Excel with a minimum of intermediate level
- Active English Speaking Ability

Head of Legal & Compliance
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from Law Faculty with minimum GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00 scale)
- Having 5 years experience as Head of Legal & Compliance in financial industry (i.e. banking, insurance, etc.)
- Trustworthy person
- High attention to detail or thoroughness
- Having good analytical thinking
- Highly self-motivation
- Having good communication and persuasive skill
- Excellence knowledge in all insurance law aspects
- Coaching and mentoring skill
- High of loyalty and integrity
- Excellence computer ability
- Excellence skill in English both in oral and written
