GIS - GPS Junior Assistant
Hindoli - Mukut (South Sumatera)
Sumatera Selatan - Hindoli - Mukut
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, executing, mapping and data presenting and documentation
  • Planning and executing pre-survey and survey
  • Do mapping activity and presenting survey data
  • Documenting survey data, GIS-GPS and Map
  • Providing data for related party


Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Geodesy or Geography
  • Min 3 years working experience in similar position
  • Able to operate Map Info, GIS-GPS, Autocad
  • Conversant in Ms. Office
  • Understand ISO 9001:2000 and 14001:2004
  • Understand RSPO
  • Good at statistical skill and the implementation


Production Engineer
Sulawesi Utara,
Requirements:

  • Engineering degree from a reputable University with minimum GPA of 2.75, preferable majoring in Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Good financial skills and analysis/budgeting process
  • Proven leadership skills and strong commitment towards career
  • Honest and disciplined
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Prefereble from North Sulawesi
  • Experience in manufacturing environment with good safety standard, knowledge of ISO standards; experience in production planning and maintenance scheduling are added advantages



Commercial Staff (quality offshore)
Maluku Utara
Responsibilities:
Originate copra for Amurang facility
Expanding Suppliers base and managing relationship with suppliers
Monitor competitor’s activity
Information gathering and analysis
Execution of daily game plan and strategy
Managing suppliers risk, especially default risk
Flexibility activity are MUST, wherever needed (admin – scaler – logistic – shipment activities, etc)
Manage / control shrink between copra receiving vs amurang figure.
Fair deduction base actual copra, no need to cross subsidize MC.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.5 (out of 4) or Senior High School
Previous working experience is preferred
Previous organizational activities preferred
Computer literate (basic requirement : windows and excel)
Proficiency in written and oral English is a preferred able
Personal effectiveness.
Ability to work through others/team worker.
Independent worker.
Good Mathematics and analytical skill.
Preferable from Maluku Utara




Field Assistant-Up Keep for Lowland
Hindoli - Sungai Lilin (South Sumatra)
Sumatera Selatan - Hindoli - Sungai Lilin
Responsibilities:

  • To make daily and / or monthly work plan and report
  • To set operational budget of upkeep works and other relevant related activities, including to plan cost and material and to seek for adequate manpower
  • To implement operational budget accordingly in order to maximize performances, and work effectiveness with minimum cost, and in line with SOPs
  • To manage and monitor all upkeep activities toward agreed field standard and work norm for target completion/ settlement in term of production amount, budget, and standard with efficient use of human and material resources
  • To make regular report accurately an timely
  • To lead work force and maintain conducive and productive relationship and good team spirit among people in team and with others outside team
  • To coach mandors and upkeep workers and conduct field training program as planned
  • To ensure all work facilities available in good and ready to use
  • To ensure upkeep works run in line with company environment policy and government regulation
  • To establish and maintain good and open relationship with local community


Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Agriculture
  • Diploma or SPMA with experience in field management for 3 years at minimum handling Lowland
  • Having adequate knowledge of field management (field handbook)
  • Able to use and read compass and map
  • Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel)
  • Good knowledge of OMP and TOP
  • Able to do risk assessment and investigation to significant impact of environmental aspects
  • Good understanding on System management ISO 9001:2000 and 14001:2004 and SMK3 (OHSAS 18001:1999)
  • Good skill in communication
