Six years later, XL took an important step by setting up a partnership with Rajawali Group -a shareholder of PT Grahametropolitan Lestari - and three foreign investors

Responsibilities:
- To lead facilitation efforts for the strategic initiative project team, including challenging and pushing the thinking of them.
- To push the team progress forward, anticipate roadblocks and give recommendation on the best way to overcome them.
- To perform end-to-end Project Management functions (i.e. initiation, implementation monitoring & control, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology. MBA preferred.
- Excellent project management experience demonstrated through working experience.
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of telecommunication industry and operation.
- Solid interpersonal and communications skills.
- Fluent in English verbal and written.
